Over at From The Rink - Mirtle was talking about Mats going to the Canucks.. and he included this paragraph:

A lot will have to go right for the Canucks to get to the Western Conference final (or beyond). Roberto Luongo must be healthy and Sundin will have to regain his form from last season. Even then, the road goes through Detroit, San Jose and Chicago, and the battle for the Northwest Division title is still going to be fierce.

Emphasis mine...

How great is it to see the Hawks being listed as a top-tier team again?

Don't worry though - Mats won't be playing against the Hawks tomorrow.  He's not expected to join the team til after Christmas.

Sundin had a much better shot at the cup with the rangers than with the canucks

and even if he were playing saturday the hawks would still win

Lets Go Hawks!
