PrintI originally thought that this was too good to be true, but I pulled the trigger and was not disappointed.
There is a website called lightinthebox.com which apparently is a chinese wholesaler. (I know what you are thinking, but hang on a second)
They have Reebok replica Hawks jerseys for $22 a piece. Thats right. I said TWENTY TWO DOLLARS. They currently stock Kane and Toews in red and Kane in white. I purchased both Kane and Towes in red, and was amazed at the product. These appear to be genuine Reebok jerseys, complete with NHL hologram tags. I wore mine to a sporting goods store to compare, and found no discernable difference. The name and letters are stiched; Indian head and epaulets are embroidered. They even have fight straps. The Toews jersey has the Captain's "C" (which I was impressed to see.)
They have other sports jerseys as well. Just type the team name in the search bar to see what they carry.
One thing to note, the website advises to size your hockey jersey one size up as they are what they call "asian-sized". Ignore this. I can confirm that the jerseys are sized normally.
I can assure you that I have absolutely no affiliation with the website and wanted to share this with those in the market for a new sweater. I would be happy to post pictures if others are interested. Enjoy!

My buddies and I mulled this over for a while before purchasing. Our reasoning was that if it sucked, we were only out $20.
From 4 separate people ordering, we all received jerseys with no problem. Expect about a 10 day turnaround.
That was my rationale too
Our total was $143 (including the $56 shipping) for four jerseys, which is still cheaper than the $150 you’d pay for ONE JERSEY at Dick’s or somewhere similar

Haha, no I got it to work
For some reason it no longer works on Google Chrome. So I am just doing it on Internet Explorer where it works fine. I have not ordered yet, and after doing a google search on the site I am VERY nervous about this. I read a LOT of comments from people saying that they got their jersey with different names, wrong numbers, and numbers that looked like they were spray painted on. Some people didn’t even ever recieve their item. Then there were some people, including “surveyor” who had good things to say.
I am about to drop $178 on this site, so I am not sure if I should do it anymore…..

because of some of inconsisitencies with the site. like the fact that your toews jersey has a C when the site doesnt show it and the fact that the picture for the Kane WC jersey that I want to buy is really fuzzy and doesnt appear to have numbers on the arms.
I want a Blackhawks jersey and I dont want to spend a ton of money. at the same time I dont wanna get stuck with an inferior product.

I initially had doubts as well. I dealt with their customer service on my order. It was through email and was broken english, but they came through. You can see the conversation here.

And if you actually look at the pictures Surveyor posted, and the official jerseys, there is different numbering and font on the letters. Not a big deal, but a slight difference. I just spent $177 on this stuff, so it better be real!

What was wierd was the order tracking said “processing” for a long time, then said “shipped”, and then I got them the next day.

after waiting for over an hour and half and not getting anywhere
I gave up and decided I would wait on a jersey till all of the people on here that ordered confirmed satisfaction.

I ordered 5 jerseys on December 29th.
I have heard nothing besides that my payment was recieved on the 30th. No shipping information, nothing. I even entered my order number on the website and it says “NO ORDER FOUND”. I have emailed them twice with my complaint, and then the order number. Both times I got a response of “Can you send me order number”. So, I reluctantly send them the order number AGAIN. I did that LAST Monday. No response.
Today we called 3 times, left 2 messages (they never answered), and no response yet. This is getting really frustrated since I spent almost $200 on this stuff.

My order status was updated this morning to shipped with a tracking #. ‘Has Fingers Crossed….’

I contacted customer servce around the 10th when it was still in the processing. promptly replied and said it would take a few more days. he/she was right, and it changed to shipped with a tracking number last night. ill post again when i have the jerseys.
Just a question...
How did you see the “Shipping” status? When I bought the jerseys, I bought it through PayPal, and never made an account with the actual site. After a week of no shipping email, I made an account, put the order # in the site, and it just says “NO ORDER FOUND”.
Did you get a seperate email saying that it shipped, or did you log on to your account and then enter in the shipping number?
And I can’t believe you got through to customer service. They have yet to return a call, and now it says their mailbox is full. Also they won’t reply to my emails, or my messages on MSN.

i did not make an account either...
I paid with Paypal and they used my email as a log in. i had to change the password. I have a tracking number as well. the last time i checked it, it indicated it would be here in the next couple of days.
Finally got through to customer service
We opened up a complaint with PayPal last weekend. They said they won’t ship the item until we close the dispute with PayPal. We told them the dispute won’t be closed until they send the item. They clearly don’t understand how PayPal works, so they just keep saying “Call paypal, get them to close dispute. Then we send”. It’s fucking bullshit. They think like WE are going to scam THEM by recieving the jersey, and then filing a complaint that we never recieved it. Obviously they don’t understand that the item is TRACKED through UPS and could easily be verified that we recieved it by having us sign the package. Ugh, this is soo frustrating.

My mom ordered a Derrick Rose jersey from there for me as a Christmas present, and the thing is a complete knock-off from China. The lettering is crooked and the wrong material, there are loose threads everywhere, and it even has fake tags on it. That and the people who run the site haven’t emailed us back. My mom’s obviously pretty pissed, and I want a damn Rose jersey. She’s disputing the charge with the credit card company.

I researched the site a bit, and saw that it was hit or miss. I decided to take the risk. And I truly think if we had not filed the claim with PayPal, it might have gone to the “shipping” status. I think we pulled the trigger too early on it, and are now getting screwed over because of it. I don’t really blame myself though, after waiting 12 days, I would expect some sort of update, we didn’t, so we filed the claim. Oh well.

sucks that some of you had a bad experience. after about two weeks, I have received my Kane and Toews winter classic jerseys! I can’t tell the difference between my friends store bought one. Both jerseys have the WC logo and the Toews has the Captain C. Well worth the wait.
I am 6’1" 190 lbs and the L are a little big. I would go with Mediums. Great experience for me!

mine just arrived, they sent a 54 XXXL instead of a 50-52 XXL. It does have the Kane 88 on it as described but not pictured. it said they are asian sized and run small, that is not the case. I can do a 48 normally but I went large incase the sizing was small like they said. I’m going to get some more stuff drom them tonight. I’ll try to get some pics and post them later.

sounds good to me. nobody’s going to inspect the inside of my jersey to see if it’s authentic.
that materials are different but thats to be expected, the dicks replica (real) is the old mesh, the chinese knock off is the new reebok material (or somehing just like it). the logo on the front looks better on the chinese one, but the indian head color is a little richer. although most people say the logo should be retty pale.

The super bowl 41 patch wasnt very sturdy so I had someone run it through a sewing machine to reinforce it. Not really a big deal. especially at the price.

quick turnaround with my order
ordered both a kane and a toews WC jersey tuesday night (after reading that you guys started getting yours), got the “processing” email wednesday morning and the “shipping” email with tracking numbers thursday morning.
they also sent a follow-up email stating that with the upcoming chinese new year there might be delays in processing and shipping orders from now (jan 22) until after the chinese new year holiday (feb 1).

Got my jerseys today. Only took a week from placing the order to having them arrive. Got lucky I guess. Pretty impressed with the quality. Same as what others have described…heavyweight jersey, fighting tie-down strap, 3 color numbers, all patches/logos/numbers sewn on, Toews jersey has the caption C.
Might have to see what else they have on the site…
they just raised the prices it was 29.99 when I ordered some more stuff last night up from the original 22.99
All four of the jerseys I ordered arrived at my parents' house last night
unfortunately that’s in Texas, so I won’t have my jersey for another few days. But, talking to my mom and my little brother, the quality is great. My mom said the numbers and logo aren’t heat-pressed; they’re sewn on.
My dad reordered all 5 of those jerseys I orded on the 30th
He used a different Paypal account than before, and we are going to cancel the order on the last one.
Here’s for hoping it works the second time around.

White Jersey anyone??
Anyone here order a white jersey and receive it yet? I was looking at the website and one of the reviews states that the tomahawk has a white head and green shaft. DOn’t think that would look good on a white jersey. Can anyone here verify or deny that?

Sweaters are great, i just wish the C on the Toews sweater was real but cant complain for that price.

Red Toews… definitely satisfied for the price. The thing is HUGE. I own a couple Rbk Edge jerseys… size 56… and they fit me great. This one is a 56 as well, and it is enormous. I’m beginning to think that these are maybe irregulars that they are selling that they couldn’t sell at full price. I’m not complaining about the jersey, especially for the price, but there are some MINOR flaws that I note… threads, strings, uneven lines. Others will never notice, but I went over it with a fine tooth comb trying to find out why the price is so low. Bottom line is this… would I buy again? Absolutely!! I went back and was going to order the White away jersey, but it is no longer listed.
Why do they hate me so?
I had no luck with my first order. Placed a 2nd order on Jan 1st. Bought expedited shipping (3-5 days). The thing was actually progressing nicely. It arrived in San Fran for US Customs on Feb. 6th. It has no moved since. What.The.Fuck.
Did anyone else notice their order being stuck in customs for a while? I paid extra to have to arrive in 3-5 days, and it has spent 6 days all in San Fransisco at US Customs.

customs can be a bitch, they can do what ever they want. Mine went through in about 3 hours. I have another order that should hit customs either friday or monday. Payiing for the expidited shipping is completely seperate from customs. Customs can choose to throw it in a bonded wearhouse and let it rot forever. (unlikely)

Yeah, mine got released from customs in three days.
You do have to have patience ordering from this site. Assuming I get this tomorrow or wednesday, it will have been 5 weeks from the time i placed the order to the time I actually get the jerseys.
The good thing is that during the 4 weeks I waited for it to “process” I was able to change the size to M after reading some of the comments about the size. That might be why it took a little longer for mine as well.
Mind was ordered with expedited shipping too
Finally cleared today. Should be here hopefully by Saturday!

its not really customs charging you $95. its the duty fees for the importation. Just like if you travel out of the country anything you buy overseas and bring back needs to be declared when you come back with it. You would be required to pay the duty fees. I’m suprised you got hit though, the agent must have been having a bad day or was just a dick or the shipper put a bad value on the paperwork. the 3 I received yesterday had a decalered value on teh paperwork of $26. If you bought a bunch of stuff and thye put the retail price that could have caused the issue, they should have their cost listed as the declared value. If you go overseas at the airport you’ll find “duty free” shops that are exempt from having to pay those fees.
the only reason I know this is my wife used to work fora trucking company that did runs to canada so she had to deal with customs.

It’s kind of funny from my Not Being The Guy Who Got Screwed perspective. But if I were you I would’ve felt forced to destroy something beautiful, just to get the rage out.
just talked to my wife about this. the receiver is always liable for customs issues, even though they didnt pack or ship the items. If the shipper in China filled out the paperwork wrong customs could ahve tossed the package into bond, when that happens you have 24 hours to get it fixed or charges start racking up and are the responsibility of the recevier. now of curse you didn’t know there was an issue but thats not relevant to customs.

According to my dad, lightinthebox only shipped this item “to the US” for that price we paid them. The other $90 was from USPS to ship it to us from San Fransisco.
So, did everyone have to pay ANOTHER charge to have the items shipped to your house?

mine just arrived today. I ordered an XL Toews and Kane and a XL Sandberg. The Toews has the red neck patch and the indian is a little dark. The Kane has the black neck patch and the indian is lighter, but not yellow. Both are size 52 and run a tiny bit large. The sandberg looks good and is also tagged as a 52, but is small. it fits me but is a bit on the tight side.. Not a big deal it was only $16.
Finally aftter months of saving 5 bucks a week
I finally was able to buy a Toews WC jersey. Had to go with the cheap shipping. Hope that doesn’t bite me in the ass.
They now sell Sharp WC jerseys. Those are sweet. If only they made them for Burish…….

got mine today
took 11 days and I got the cheapo shipping with no tracking. The numbering is authentic unlike some others have said. Mine is also sewn. Buying the Sharp WC tonight.

Too good to pass up
I noticed that the site does not show a Reebok logo on the back of the WC Toews jersey. Did anyone order this jersey and notice if it is on the jersey or not? I really have to replace my mustard soaked black Ruttu jersey. Maybe I wil just go with the red Toews, the only problem is that there are too many other teams in the league with RED! It would have been nice if the new black 3rd jerseys had the tomahawk logo on the chest instead of the Indian head.

Well just like everyone else I pulled the trigger on this one regardless how mad my wife gets lol. Anyways it was $29.99 now prob due to the demand but it still cheap. I ordered a Toews WC jersey and used the cheapest shipping. I will update once I get my order. Thanks for the info!!

3 WC sweaters, extra shipping was pretty much free as they have a 2% discount for ordering $70 or more as a sale right now and that covered the extra $1.50 for shipping and most of the $2 insurance.

they sent a shipping email this morning, 6 days after the order was placed. Tracking number shows it still in China. Depending on how fast it gets here I might have them for saturday’s game.

Confirmed BH Jerseys Pulled
Went to the website today and it seems natty is correct. They have pulled all their BH jerseys offline for now. I ordered mine on the 8th was sent an email saying its shipped. Hopefully I got one of the last ones and dont get screwed but will keep info updated until I either get my jersey or money back.

and they came yesterday.
It looks like the site has pulled all NHL, NBA, NFL, and MLB clothing they had up there. Hopefully it is a temporary thing, but it looks like Reebock or whoever they were making them for might have told them to pull them down or loose the larger contract.
