Do they sing the goal song for any non-Toews, Kane, Sharp player?

If so.. sure.. but what would you suggest they play instead?

As creator of this petition, I’d have to say that’s a different battle for a different time. Baby steps here people. In lieu of the Fratellis, I’ve long suggested that the coda to Naked Raygun’s “Soldier’s Requiem” would be ideal, especially with the hometown connection of the band.

For Toews, they play “Johnny B. Goode.” For Kane, they play “Rock You Like A Hurricane.” And for Sharp, they play “Sharp Dressed Man.”

I personally don’t think we should play a song after goals, let the horn sound and allow the fans to freak out. I’m sure that’s never going to happen. I think the Sox players actually pick what they want to hear as they approach the plate. I would be okay with players doing this if they choose. I just think the music at the UC in general is sub-standard and would like to know who picks it? It’s rather formulaic if you ask me and I think it could be a lot better. It’s bad enough that radio has awful playlists so I wonder if it’s the same at the UC? Does anyone know?

I wouldn't mind them goin to the organ after goals

I believe they experimented with this in preseason and it actually sounded pretty good. Then again anything is good other than that insufferable goal song they play now

Curious

Does anyone know the name of the techno song they play to pump up the crowd? Not Sandstorm, the other one. You hear it at virtually every sports stadium and the crowd always sings along with it. Kinda hard to explain but its buggin the hell out of me cause I can’t figure out who/what it is
