any word on sharp?? i hit up wiener circle last night and thought about his appearance there. i was more more vitriolic in my chatting with the grill cooks however.

Coach Joel Quenneville said after the Hawks’ 6-2 win that Sharp would not be going on the road trip this week to Tampa, South Florida and Dallas and that more details would be announced on Monday. Several Hawks acted as if Sharp would be out for a long period of time. A knee sprain is generally a four- to six-week injury. Hopefully it’s nothing worse than that.”

I’m not generally trusting of things that come out of Sassone’s gob, but staying home on this short road trip sounds ominous.
