"Party" Dave Bolland
Me and my friends have been calling Dave Bolland this for most of the season. In fact my buddies girlfriend came up with it, because as she says "he looks like he parties alot"
Since then the name has stuck, it is not the most original nickname, but it does have a certain something , and it really rolls off the tounge when you say it out loud.
Anyways so I set the poll up to see if the nickname is in fact as good as we think it is.
Have at it

I kind of like it
it’s much better than the standard hockey nickname formula of adding “-er” or “-y” to the end of someone’s name

haha...that's the reason I call him this...
“F***’n” Bolland!
I used to call him that since, like you said, he would make a great play, but then fail horribly instead of scoring, so I would just yell that. Now I still do it, but it’s more out of a term of endearment because he’s been so good. The best part is that it works with any inflection.

I know we haven’t used it much.. but I still really like “the tallywhacker” for Bolland

Bolland looks like he was in Trainspotting
I love Bolland. I don’t think he’s scored a goal from father than 8 ft. all year. He always seems to be jamming in a rebound or lose puck. He’s effective but rarely does he score a goal without a Hawk making a nice play or an opponent making a Walker.
"Oh, that's easy. White Sox. I'm not one of these fair-weather fans. You go to Wrigley Field, you have a beer; beautiful people up there. People aren't watching the game. It's not serious. White Sox, that's baseball. South Side." -O'Bama

For all you Warren Zevon fans
It isn’t quick, but I like to refer to 36 as Bolland Chicago Blackhawks Center to the tune of Roland the Headless Thomson Gunner.

Bolland....
Call me old-fashioned, but I like Bolly.

I won't call you old-fashioned,
but I’ll surely call you unoriginal.

My buds and I
have been calling him Rolly Bolly for some time now. It kinda describes his game.
