Uhhhh....and it looks like the guys from ARBY's designed it.
This ranks up there with silliest flags that I've seen. It was chosen in 1983 through a contest. The little cowboy hat is supposed to represent the citizens, and is supposed to "somewhat resemble a hand, as a sign of hospitality." I need to type more words, so I'm going to do that. If you want to see some other funny things about flags, you should go to this website. It's a good to kill about 5-10 minutes of your valuable free time.

i wish i could find the image i was actually looking for, it had the calgary C with as the third letter in SUCK and i thought it looked wonderful, but sadly this is all i could find online so far http://s296.photobucket.com/albums/mm178/ANDY8383/th_Calgary.jpg
