Just glancing at the score occasionaly

while trying to get some work done I avoided during Opening Day/Hawks game tonight.

I think everyone is spent from that game thread. I had to ice my fingers and get an oriental massage afterwards, just to get myself regular again.

Got more soul than a sock with a hole.

even though...

the flames winning would mean the hawks would lock up home ice, it would also mean that they would lock up playing vancouver….and the way luongo is looking tonight, NO THANK YOU

i’m rooting for the nucks to win out, which should get them the 3 seed and get the hawks a calgary matchup, whom they swept in the regular season. i’m confident the hawks can get another point or two, which is all it should take to get the #4 spot.

BTW, it’s on channel 461 on comcast chicago right now, even if you haven’t bought center ice….it’s bc of the free extra innings preview they’re doing right now….you’ll get all the hockey games the rest of the week i believe!
