One killer on the sched for me: I am in Detroit with a bunch of buddies the weekend of May 30th. We were really hoping to go to a game there but its going to be in Chicago and my ticket will be used by someone else. At least I can go start shit in a Detroit bar

Schedule sucks for me.

Game 1 on Sunday the 17th is ok. But I don’t like the 2pm start. And it sucks for my dad because it’s his birthday and he won’t be able to watch it since he’s busy in South Bend, IN that day.

Game 2 sucks Tuesday the 19th, I have a JV invitational to work that afternoon, I probably won’t be home until at least the third period.

I won’t be able to go to Game 3 on Friday night the 22nd, I have a track Sectional meet in Lisle.

As for Game 4, the 24th, I can go to that. But I still don’t like the 2 pm starts for some reason.

Game 5, May 27, if necessary- good timing, hopefully we can watch the game downstate in Charleston at the boys’ track State Finals. (Class 1A prelims are on Thursday).

Game 6, May 30, if necessary- damnit. I should be able to catch most of this game on TV, if I’m not be able to go to it because we come home from the boys’ track State Finals that day. It depends on how many of our guys advance to the Finals.

Game 7, June 1, if necessary- perfect. 6:30 pm, I’ll be done with school, seniors are checked out, I’m just waiting for graduation. I can easily catch this entire game.

So really, it could be better.

that someone went in there for some reason and walked by this guys cubicle and did a double take. He’s an actual Employee there.

I won’t be able to make a Game 3 or 4 meet up. Weekdays are probably best for me at least. Game 2 is ideal

I have tickets for the Indy 500 . . . which is on Sunday the 24th. In Indianapolis.

And I have tickets for all of the games, one of which is on Sunday the 24th. In Chicago. At 2:00. If the game started at 8:00, we’d probably be able to make it back in time. (Don’t worry; a friend will be able to use the tix for the game.)

I'm right there with you

I’m going to be sitting in Turn 3 in Speedway, IN when the puck drops on Game 4.
Unless of course we’re up 3-0 that day – that is a conflict I am more than willing to have to deal with.

Was really hoping for a Saturday night home game. I’m flying in from Phoenix that morning to make the trek to Indy on Sunday. Would have loved to at least be at a Chicago area bar for a game. I’m not very happy with the scheduling myself…
