Hawks Win in OT - Series Tied 2-2

Someone else will hopefully be along to provide more of a recap.  But until then you'll just have to know that I called Ladd with the OT winner so I'm going to continue drinking..

Have you checked the game thread?

dave 2.0 needs to be banned, he earned as we figured he would, and I would recommend banning his other account too, he has 2 different spellings of it, I cant remember which post someone pointed it out buttfuglyn or buttfuglien, they are something like that

wait what?

and when it happens

I look forward to seeing his next original name

he’s been banned – the second spelling of the name isn’t a member of this blog so I can’t ban that one yet but I will if he signs up.

I also preemptively banned another of Dave’s screennames that he signed up for but didn’t use yet. This is fun.

If I can't be a good example, I'll just be a horrible warning

I was at the game

and started losing my voice halfway through from all the yelling. I was all the way up in the rafters next to the SRO people. That was fun.

And I knew the Hawks would win in OT. I just had a feeling that everything would come out right.

When was

the last time you had a feeling like that with this team? Down one with five minutes to go after being shut down all game and facing one of the best goalies in the game, yet I still thought that the Hawks were gonna win. Man its great to have real hockey again (and by again I mean for the first time since I was 10).

You and I are gonna live forever
