Lineup

Who is scratched then to make room?

Fraser

and Q wouldn’t commit to anyone else. I’m guessing either Eager or Kopecky.

But when it was suggested to him that Toews v. Kane seems likely to become a sidebar to every future international hockey tournament, he smiled and said: "I'd like us to win something together, too."

Me hopes its Kopecky.

You gotta put the band back together.

I hope so too

although I’d like to see Fraser playing perhaps instead of Eager.

I don't understand the Kopecky vitriol

I’m not sure what level of expectation people had for this guy, but from everything I’ve seen the last month, I’d rather have him out there than Ben Eager at this point.

by GenPabloSecobar on Mar 10, 2010 1:54 PM CST reply actions

i don't think...

anybody expected anything amazing from the guy, but the ability to skate and keep your helmet on isn’t to much to ask for

fisting barry rozner with every goal!!!

he's really, really bad.

even for a 4th line player. he tries to use skill he doesn’t have. he can’t skate particularly well. he can’t even strap his helmet on, even after he loses it every game. what do they call people to do the same thing over and over again expecting a different result?

aside from like a 4 game stretch a couple months ago, he’s been utterly worthless.

the real debate here should be fraser/eager. personally, a true centerman that can be used on the kill >>> eager’s piss-poor “fights” and tendency to take shitty penalties

And it's the last sentence fragment that gets me

Kopecky might be everything you say, but he typically doesn’t leave us short for 2 minutes for reasons that lead to aggravated scratching of heads.

If he’d knock that shit off, I’d feel more comfortable with sending Tomas up to 7.

if Burish is back on the ice

doesn’t that make the general female population at least a little bit safer (even if only briefly)?

My vote is Kopecky & Eager in the press box

by krome on Mar 10, 2010 6:00 PM CST via mobile reply actions

not if they're in the UC

Burish will be balls deep in between periods. And don’t get me started on what he does in between shifts
