A Reminder
Big Doin's tomorrow night, but they gave us a banner for it:
Yeah, see that sponsored by line? Means lots of drink tickets, and Hobgoblin is fuckin' delicious. And who doesn't love vodka?

I stick to beer (or the occasional wine)
So I guess I’d have to say I don’t love vodka.
But Hobgobblin is indeed good stuff.
Confusion will be my epitaph.
I'm going to eat before the game
So it should take a little more to get me as trashed as I was after the oilers game. Free vodka is just so alluring

the only such beings I've known were dogs
but I don’t live downtown in the big city, so I may just be a little sheltered
Confusion will be my epitaph.
luckily, I've also only known dogs that do this (that I know of)
and I don’t live downtown either, but I have seen 2 girls 1 cup (do not look it up, believe me).
Hey, I just thought of a joke:
Q: How can you tell when you’ve met a corprophagist?
A: Their breath smells like shit.

If there aren't a lot false positives to that test
then the problem is way more widespread than I would have ever imagined.

I'm not overly fond of Vodka
Beer, bourbon and gin are my downfalls.

Actually
rather same for me. I handle beer and bourbon better. However, shots of Crown have been known to do me in. And most know I’m a sucker “no, no shots, no, no, no… well, OK.”

Not sure if you are a Pantera fan, but these were Dimebag’s favorite. It’s a shot of Crown with a splash of Coke.

I have to work tomorrow
but I can attest to the wonderful space/imbibements at the Bottom Lounge. Have fun, everyone who goes!
Sadly, I cannot make this
I will be watching the game at another bar with a bunch of people. One of which thinks it’s a good thing that Campbell got injured.

It has been a couple decades since I saw it, I don't remember it very well
Although I did see a few minutes of – on regular over the air TV – in Canda about 10 years ago, and it looked like it was an uncut airing of the R-rated version. Canada has rather significantly different broadcast standards, I suspect.
Confusion will be my epitaph.
I think the last time I saw it
it was on Betamax. A couple of months ago, I watched a documentary about B-Movies and it had a few clips in there. A lot of stupid but funny stuff in that movie.

I think I'm going
We’ll see how I feel after putting in an extra day at work because so much shit has piled up. Sounds to me like as good an excuse as any to drink heavily afterward.
Also, I’m in the middle of the second podcast—great stuff w/ the Goalie Guild. I was the one who linked to the article here and I’m STOKED to be hearing an educated and objective POV.
But when it was suggested to him that Toews v. Kane seems likely to become a sidebar to every future international hockey tournament, he smiled and said: "I'd like us to win something together, too."

Am I being a dolt or is there really no writer credited for that story?
Not gonna lie, as a fan I am fervently hoping that Buff does exceptionally well in the D position because how FUNNY would it be? It’s so.. it’s like GOLDBERG turning D, even when he said the only reason he’s a goalie is because he can’t skate.
So I guess, if the Phoenix Coyotes are Major League, are we the Mighty Ducks?

Sharp GPS - there's a reason they call him Shooter
Go straight ahead – yeah just like that baby – for 8.5 looong miles and then veer a little to the left. That’s it baby, a little to the left. You got it baby. Keep going. Straight ahead. Oh, yeah. Not quite there yet. A little farther. Faster! Faster! Ahhhhhh….

Good question, I’m glad you asked! That’s why all new Sharp GPS 2.0 units come equipped with the Buff-O-Bumper -2.0.
Just attach it the front of your vehicle and it completely avoids all contact at any cost!
WARNING:
Although contrary to program design, the Buff-o-Bumper may be most effectively utilized while driving in a defensive manner. Any attempt to use offensively may result in an automatic increase in the Buff-O-Bumper’s avoidance capabilities. Also please note, many of the Buff-O-Bumper’s features may become ineffective when used in the vicinity of professional hockey rinks, although the avoidance system will remain fully functional. Keep small children’s hands out of reach of Bump-O-Bumper.
