Since it seems like half of SCH bought tickets to the game on Friday, I figured we might want a consolidated thread to plan meet ups in. One that doesn't have 700 other comments.
Rei (pointmesouth) and I will be in section 304, row 15, seats 17-18. I think many of us will be in 304, does anyone know what we'll be at?

I went to Bennison’s Bakery. A guy in full caps gear (shirt, signed hat) ordered a “Rock The Red” (custom lettering) red velvet cake. Seemed like a nice guy, otherwise I might have paid for some “extra frosting” on his cake.

a custom made cake to celebrate a hockey game. I’m not against the idea (except for the “extra frosting” you mentioned), as I am a fan of cake. It just is…unusual.

FTR the cake isn’t a total custom job (ala Ace of Cakes,/Cake Boss) just the lettering. I can see getting a playoff cake, but the prices are a bit steep for my budget.

Things to note:
if you take the stairs, you must exit at club level because the first floor doors are locked. Make a note of section #s ( I always end up walking in circles). I’m pretty sure that you want to be near 111/112 for the “smoker’s lounge.” I usually split up beer duty with my friend. I buy a round for his intermission piss & he buys one for mine or vice versa. So smoke then either piss or beer run.
