Well... actually a jpeg... but why quibble.

Congrats to the City of Chicago on your well-earned, shiny Stanley Cup! (although you must give it to the San Jose Sharks next year. ...but, again... why quibble?) Congrats to the excellent folks in this forum who tolerated me for the duration of these playoffs. Although I guess I must have been some sort of good luck charm, since I wasn't around for your SCF losses... (I'm sure that Toews has put the Conn Smythe in the mail as we speak...)

I did a couple of earlier versions of this, but the most pointed criticism ("it looks like he's taking a dump in the Cup!" "Make the Cup Bigger!") made me give it a third go...

I really do appreciate the sentiment… You all made it a much easier decision to get the bitter taste out of our defeat and support you over a Pronger-lead Flyers club.
(and it’s certainly not as easy to get a healthy hate on an opponent when you get your butt kicked in four straight. Your Blackhawks were, by far, the best team. If my team has to go out, I’d prefer it be courtesy of the best team.)

I’ll pop by from time to time… In the meantime… Enjoy being the best! (until next year!)
