Lord Stanley at State Street Brats
Burish brought the Stanley Cup to Madison yesterday. I wasn't downtown but I received a couple of texts from people who saw the Cup at Brats. This morning I saw a link to a photo on Blake Geoffrion's Twitter account. I wish I could have been there, instead of having dinner with my no-account family.
Burish is bringing the Cup to the Kohl Center today between 10 and noon, for those that can get off work. http://www.uwbadgers.com/sports/m-hockey/spec-rel/081210aac.html

Got to Kohl Centre about 9:30 with a buddy
…and about 1,000+ were in line. Took 90+ minutes to take our pics. They were trying to get folks to do group photo’s but when we asked they were OK with each of us alone plus one with both of us. Burr was signing a lot of autographs. If I had to guess there were over 3,000 that were in line.
Just win the next game...!
