Ray Emery will start the year as the backup. I really don't have a problem with this. Despite the gap in preseason game performance, I just didn't like the idea of being a groin twang away from an umproven rookie taking the reigns for a third straight year. You can't keep going to that well. This way, if Salak burns in up at The Rock, we'll all feel better.
