Not sure what his contract in the KHL looks like (I am assuming he got more than he is worth to an NHL team) but is there any possibility he would come play with Marian on the cheap and maybe get motivated by his older brother?  I do not know much about Marcel, but from doing a few brief searches it looks like he had all the potential in the world and just never panned out.  He is pretty damn big too.  Hawks could use size.
