Peace Sells, But Who's Buying? (A jersey question.)

My apologies if this has been addressed before in Second City, but I was wondering if some of you might offer your perspective on NHL.com's 2011 Reebok Premier vs. Reebok EDGE jerseys.

My initial take is, since I don't have the $300 to burn, I would not consider spending the premium amount for the "form-fitting" and "authentic" EDGE jersey. But on other boards, there seem to be a number of people disparaging the 2010/2011 Reebok Premier jerseys for being cheap, glued, non-stitched and somehow inferior to Reebok products of previous years.

Is this really the case, or is the Premier jersey still a good purchase for a Hawks fan looking to show some pride but still save some $$$? Is it worthwhile to look elsewhere -- CCM, sportsk.com or one of these other jersey sites?

Just wondering if anyone has any insight.
