Hockey is mentioned on the radio in Chicago, but more often than not, it’s commented on in passing or in the form of a joke.

This was a really good, in-depth Blackhawks discussion. Refreshing. Bravo, Sam. Laurence was an excellent host, too. He allowed Sam to answer the questions completely, without butting in like ~~some~~ most hosts are apt to do.

It wasn’t late when I was walking to work,it was morning,I’m in Europe,so it was about 6:30 in the a.m. when I asked about the link…and as Kev wrote,yeah cbs only has a mobile site,so I’ll have to wait until I get home to listen to it,as my boss has caught me a few times at work at SCH and told me to quit slacking off!-typical for a Red Wings fan-hahaha!

Looks like cbs only has a mobile site and you can’t access the full version from a mobile device. He does have his podcast available through Itunes as well. Just search Laurence Holmes in Itunes and you’ll see his picture and the score logo. You can download hour two from there. That would be the best way on the iphone I’d think.

Just more on this podcast thing

I’d like to point out that I believe when you guys did the podcast there was a nice trophy waiting at the end of the season, since then, no podcast no trophy. No Wiz No Wins. Also, I believe it’s time for an atop the sugar pile, all of us (mainly you guys though) need to get back to doing what we did that had us on top the league in the middle of the season.

(Note: Since I don’t post regularly, I’m not entirely sure how this will be taken, but it was meant in jest and I appreciate everything you guys do. Although I do appreciate anything that breaks the monotony of pre-game/wrap/pre-game story trends even when it’s just Sam venting, but I realize this takes a significant amount of time and effort.)

What is the issue? It’s a large file so you may need to be connected to a wi-fi network if you are trying to download from your phone (I forget what the cutoff is for that). At work so I cant check now if the actual itunes way is working or not.

I think the issue is with the school I work at. I finally got a message on Itunes saying I couldn’t download the file because there was some restriction in place. I can’t remember what it was. That’s ok. I’ll just download it when I get home. Thanks anyway.
