PrintWho the hell is Dave Straighter (????) Think that is the name of the play-by-play douche breath on NBC this afternoon. He and the color announcer, no idea of his name couldn't have been a little more St. Louid biased. Jesus, they sounded like the founders and only two members of the Andy McDonald fan club. Brutal!
Anyone notice that Mike Milbury was wearing a red t-shirt under his NBC Sports parka and sweat pants for the opening of Hockey Day in America. The first period intermission he had changed into a shirt and tie and slacks. Guess the suits in NY were none too pleased. . .and who is this Liam Whatever tool. That's the best they can find?

to me it sounded like
they talked about us, but mostly just the horrendous streak of suck that we just got over.
Hockey Day in America, NBC had coverage of like four games
So I think the regulars took the primetime games instead
