Recap: Edmonton vs. Toronto

Edmonton, AB (Sports Network) - Tomas Kaberle had a goal and two assists as the Toronto Maple Leafs beat up the Edmonton Oilers, 5-2, at Rexall Place.
Matt Stajan added three assists while Vesa Toskala made 23 saves for the Maple Leafs, who have won two of their last three.
Sam Gagner and Ethan Moreau each lit the lamp for the Oilers, who had won their past two games. Jeff Drouin-Deslauriers was charged with five goals on 29 shots in the loss.
Edmonton scored on the power play thanks to Gagner's first goal of the season with 7:21 left in the first.
The Maple Leafs used the power play to tie the game in the second, as Stajan's cross-ice feed found Kaberle, who one-timed the puck past Drouin-Deslauriers just 2:47 in.
Toronto took the lead on another power-play goal less than two minutes later, as Nikolai Kulemin found the back of the net.
The Oilers tied the game three minutes later, as Moreau whacked the puck into the net on his third try for his fifth marker of the season.
However, the Maple Leafs took a 3-2 lead into the second intermission on Nik Antropov's goal from down low with 1:01 left in the frame.
Toronto made it a 4-2 contest a bit over five minutes into the third, as Jason Blake's pass on the fly from the low left side went out front where Ian White's low shot got past Drouin-Deslauriers.
The Maple Leafs padded their lead with 6:38 to play, as Blake took a pass while skating hard, and as he was about to go behind the net from the left side he sent a pass out front where Mikhail Grabovski snuck the puck between the pads of the goaltender.
Toronto has won five of the last six games against Edmonton...Toronto plays in Vancouver on Saturday...Edmonton hosts Colorado on Saturday...Stajan has one goal and eight assists in a five-game point streak...Grabovski has a six-game point streak, with seven goals and three assists in that run...Edmonton has been outshot in 10 straight games...Toronto went 3-for-4 on the power play while Edmonton scored on one of its four chances.
