The Chicago Blackhawks have their first big divisional matchup of the season against the new-look Nashville Predators on Saturday. We got some good news recently, as backup goaltender Carter Hutton will be playing the game instead of Pekka Rinne, who just played last night in a shutout victory over Winnipeg.
The Blackhawks scored just once in 50 shot attempts against Jonas Hiller in their last game, but should fare better against Hutton this time around. Hutton, 28, posted a .910 save percentage and 2.62 GAA in 40 games with Nashville last season, so he's a respectable backup, but certainly not a goaltender on the caliber of a healthy Rinne.
Go Hawks!
