Blackhawks vs. Blues game thread: Part 2

The Blackhawks and Blues are tied up, 1-1, after the first period on Saturday night. Here's your fresh game thread for the next 20 minutes of action.

The Chicago Blackhawks and St. Louis Blues are knotted up in a 1-1 tie through 20 minutes of action Saturday night at Scottrade Center. The start of the game definitely leaned the Blackhawks' way, with a power play just seconds into the game and a Patrick Sharp goal minutes later. It's been all St. Louis since then, however, with pretty weak goal through Antti Raanta's five hole tying the game. The Blues hold a 16-9 shot advantage, and have basically been pushing for the last 12 minutes or so. Frankly, while Raanta gave up that cheap goal, it's impressive that he's managed to keep several other tough shots out the net.

Anyways, here's your game thread for the second period, let's hope the boys can get back the lead.

Go 'Hawks!
