Those final few minutes somehow didn't yield another insurance goal, but the Chicago Blackhawks still hold a 2-0 lead over the Montreal Canadiens through two periods on Tuesday. There are another 53 seconds on that double-minor when play resumes after the intermission, so hopefully one of these chances on Carey Price will get in soon. However, a two-goal lead might be enough considering how ugly Montreal has looked on offense. The Habs have struggled to put anything together recently and Corey Crawford may be on his way to a shutout unless I'm jinxing it right now by writing this. Oh well.
So here's your final game thread for the night, time to get a win.
Go 'Hawks!
