Blackhawks vs. Canadiens game thread: Part 3

The 'Hawks blew their lead and need to rally in the third period. Here's our final thread of the night!

Dennis Wierzbicki-USA TODAY Sports

Antti Raanta has certainly been serviceable Friday night, making a number of impressive stops, but it's hard not to be frustrated with the Sergei Gonchar goal that tied the game with Montreal. That one managed to squeak through even though it seemed like Raanta had the vision and position to make a stop. The laser from P.K. Subban, on the other hand, was basically unstoppable, so we won't fault him too much for that one. Still, the Blackhawks now need to rally from a 3-2 deficit, and that's with the uncertainty surrounding Marian Hossa after he skated off the ice gingerly at the end of the period. His health is more important than any one-game result in mid-December, so let's hope he's alright. Here's your final thread of the night.

Go 'Hawks!
