Jonathan Toews scored 17 seconds into overtime to give the Chicago Blackhawks a 1-0 overtime win against the Tampa Bay Lightning in a Stanley Cup Final rematch Saturday at the United Center. It was Toews' first goal of the season, and the third straight win for the Hawks.
