Morning Bag Skate: Blackhawks visit Soldier Field with Stanley Cup

New, comments

Our daily look at Blackhawks news and the happenings around the hockey world.

The Blackhawks brought the Stanley Cup to Soldier Field on Sunday, as the Bears honored the team. Several players were on hand, and Andrew Shaw evened kicked an extra-point from distance before kickoff. Maybe he really should tryout for the Fire if this whole hockey thing doesn't workout.

Chicago plays its season opener Wednesday at home against the New York Rangers.
