Morning Bag Skate: Viktor Svedberg set to make NHL debut vs. Islanders

The Blackhawks recalled Viktor Svedberg and reassigned Ville Pokka to the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League on Thursday. Svedberg is expected to make his NHL debut Friday when Chicago visits the New York Islanders at Barclays Center. It will be the first NHL regular-season game in Brooklyn.

The IceHogs will also make history Friday when they visit San Jose for their season opener.
