Are you still awake? Oh good - that first period was pretty boring. There wasn't a lot of exciting action, and the 'Hawks were pretty sloppy. At one point Jonathan Toews was centering Bryan Bickell and Kris Versteeg. No more of that, please. The Canucks outshot the 'Hawks 12-7 which is weird because it didn't feel like either team put 7 shots on goal. I'll take Twitter's word for it, though. Let's hope the second period is better and less boring and awful. It's already off to better start. More of this please.
