The Chicago Blackhawks are heading to their third Stanley Cup Final since 2010 after beating the Anaheim Ducks, 5-3, in Game 7 of the Western Conference Final on Saturday night at the Honda Center. The Hawks will face the Eastern Conference champion Tampa Bay Lightning in the Final for a chance to hoist the franchise's sixth Cup and and third in the Jonathan Toews-Patrick Kane era.
The Cup Final begins Wednesday.
