In his first public comments on the Patrick Kane investigation, NHL commissioner Gary Bettman said the league is in wait-and-see mode when it comes to the Chicago Blackhawks star forward status, according to The Buffalo News.

Blackhawks general manager Stan Bowman and Edmonton Oilers GM Peter Chiarelli were named managers of the Team North America team of the 2016 World Cup of Hockey on Wednesday.
