Morning Bag Skate: Blackhawks to make announcement, host Stars

NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman and the Chicago Blackhawks will hold a "special announcement" at 3 p.m. Thursday at United Center. Most speculation points to Chicago hosting the 2017 NHL Draft.

The Hawks will also host the Dallas Stars on Thursday.
