Chicago Blackhawks head coach Joel Quenneville expects Marcus Kruger to miss the rest of the regular season, reports Brian Hedger.
Q expects Kruger to miss rest of reg season: "Yeah, we're going to leave it at that ... nothing gives us any indication that it's changed."

Kruger, 25, underwent successful surgery to repair a dislocated left wrist Dec. 18 that he suffered in a 4-0 win over the Oilers the night before. His initial timetable to return was 'approximately four months' and it appears it has not changed. He has one assist in 33 games this season, although he's played his usual role as a key penalty killer. Chicago placed him on injured reserve Dec. 28 and called up Phillip Danault and Dennis Rasmussen to fill in on the third and fourth lines.
Danault, 22, has one goal and four assists in 33 games, while the 25-year-old Rasmussen has tallied three goals and four assists in 29 games.
