Brace Hemmelgarn-USA TODAY Sports

The Chicago Blackhawks have six games left in the regular-season and are fighting for playoff positing. Each day until the end of the regular-season, we'll breakdown their seeding chances in the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

Sunday's results

Chicago clinched its eighth-consecutive playoff berth with a 3-2 win over the Vancouver Canucks on Sunday at Rogers Arena. The win lifted the Hawks four points clear of Nashville.

The top three teams in the Central Division are idle: Dallas, St. Louis and Chicago. Colorado begins a tough schedule by visiting Nashville. They'll play the Predators again, St. Louis twice and Dallas once to finish out the season. Minnesota, who holds the second wild-card spot in the West, is idle.

Minnesota Tuesday Minnesota
Winnipeg Friday Winnipeg
Boston April 3 Chicago
Arizona April 5 Chicago
