The Chicago Blackhawks have five games left in the regular-season and are fighting for playoff positing. Each day until the end of the regular-season, we'll breakdown their seeding chances in the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

Tuesday's results

Chicago fell to Minnesota, who swept the season series. Minnesota is five points ahead of Colorado for the second wild card in the Western Conference.Nashville, who lost to first-place Dallas, is four points up on Minnesota in the first wild card spot. Colorado lost 3-1 to the St. Louis Blues, who are tied with Dallas at 101 points; however, the Stars own the tiebreaker with 44 regulation/overtime wins.

There are three games on the schedule and only none of them feature Central Division teams in the playoff hunt. Winnipeg hosts Ottawa, but both teams have already been mathematically eliminated. Anaheim (94 points), who is one point behind Chicago and Los Angeles (95), hosts Pacific Division foe Calgary.
