The 32-year-old defenseman stars in episode seven of NHL After Dark.

Two-time Norris Trophy winner Duncan Keith takes a turn as the Chicago Blackhawks defenseman is featured in the latest episode of NHL After Dark, a series showcasing the skills of some of the league’s top players via GoPro cameras.

It is episode 7 of the 11-part series.

In this episode, you can watch Keith test out his accuracy - from the perspective of the mini net sitting on the bench, at one point - but the real star of the show is his skating.

Gain a whole new appreciation for just what he can do moving around on the ice, pivoting and spinning around checkers, from a whole new perspective - because it's seriously the coolest thing.
