The Chicago Blackhawks have five games left in the regular-season and are fighting for playoff positing. Each day until the end of the regular-season, we'll breakdown their seeding chances in the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
Thursday's results
Nashville failed to clinch a playoff spot as they fell to Pittsburgh. First-place Dallas extended its division lead with a win over Arizona. Minnesota fell to Ottawa to remain five points ahead of idle Colorado for the second wild card spot in the Western Conference.
Friday's scoreboard watch
Chicago looks to gain ground on St. Louis when they visit Winnipeg. St. Louis, who has 101 points in second place, hosts Boston. Minnesota plays the second half of a back-to-back in Detroit, while Colorado hosts the president trophy winner Washington.
