The Chicago Blackhawks retained rights to prospect Ivan Nalimov at the June 1 deadline due to a lack of player transfer agreement between the NHL and the KHL.

Pittsburgh grabbed a 2-0 series lead with a 2-1 overtime win over San Jose in Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Final on Wednesday.
