NHL Awards 2016: How to watch, time, TV schedule and live stream

Patrick Kane is a finalist for the Hart Trophy and Ted Lindsay Award, while Artemi Panarin leads the pack for the Calder Trophy.

The 2016 NHL Awards show returns Wednesday night at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

Fifteen major league awards, plus other announcements will be made at the event. The Art Ross Trophy, Maurice 'Rocket' Richard Trophy and William M. Jennings Trophy winners have already been decided. The EA Sports' NHL 17 video game cover athlete will also be unveiled. The final two candidates for the cover are St. Louis Blues forward Vladimir Tarasenko and San Jose Sharks captain Joe Pavelski.

Here's the presentation order:

  1. Ted Lindsay Award (most outstanding player as voted by the NHLPA)
  2. James Norris Memorial Trophy (top defenseman)
  3. Jack Adams Award (top head coach)
  4. General Manager of the Year
  5. Maurice 'Rocket' Richard Trophy (goal-scoring leader)
  6. King Clancy Memorial Trophy (leadership on and off the ice and noteworthy contribution to community)
  7. Mark Messier NHL Leadership Award
  8. NHL Foundation Player Award
  9. Art Ross Trophy (scoring champion)
  10. Calder Trophy (top rookie)
  11. Vezina Trophy (top goaltender)
  12. William M. Jennings Trophy (goaltender who plays at least 25 games for the team allowing fewest goals)
  13. Lady Byng Trophy (player best combining sportsmanship and ability)
  14. Masterton Trophy (perseverance and dedication to hockey)
  15. Hart Trophy (MVP)
Chicago Blackhawks wingers Artemi Panarin and Patrick Kane have both been named finalists for awards.

Panarin is up for the Calder Trophy, given to the league's best rookie. Kane will at least be presented one award as he already won the Art Ross Trophy as the league's leading scorer. The 27-year-old is finalist for the Ted Lindsay Award, given to the league's most outstanding player in the regular season as voted on by the NHL Players Association, and the Hart Memorial Trophy as the league's most valuable player.
