The hockey world was rocked today. Taylor Hall was traded for Adam Larsson, Steven Stamkos decided to stay with the Tampa Bay Lightning at a discounted rate. But the biggest move of all might have been the Montreal Canadiens trading P.K. Subban for Shea Weber.
Everyone has their thoughts on this. Absolutely everyone. And apparently, Jonathan Toews is no exception.
Hey Webs good luck in Montreal thanks for leaving our division! #relief

But before you (or he) breathe any sighs of relief, Toews knows it's not going to be an easy ride for him just yet...
It's a lose/lose, @PKSubban1 will be fired up... #carefulwhatyouwishfor https://t.co/t7IlSSA3GV

It's not often you see elite NHLers commenting on the trades of other elite NHLers so candidly, but this is just the joy we get of having Toews on social media. And hey - he's as diplomatic as ever, but still fun about it, too.
Here's to Toews still finding ways to beat the Predators and their defense, though.
