Carrick 24, skated in three games for the Toronto Maple Leafs last season. He played in 16 games for the Maple Leafs during the 2014-15 season, scoring a goal and an assist. Last season, he scored 16 goals with 18 assists in 52 games for the Toronto Marlies of the AHL. He tallied five assists in 12 Calder Cup playoff games. The Maple Leafs drafted him with the 144th overall pick in the fifth round of the 2010 NHL Draft.
Labrie, 30, has spent the last two seasons with the Blackhawks' AHL affiliate, Rockford IceHogs. He posted his AHL single-season career-high 20 goals with 14 assists in 66 games last season. He did not play during the IceHogs' three playoff games in 2016. During his nine-year AHL career, Labrie has 81 goals and 94 assists. The last NHL appearance by Labrie was during the 2013-14 season with the Tampa Bay Lighting when he skated in 13 games.
