The Chicago Blackhawks visit the Minnesota Wild Wednesday night in a huge Central Division matchup as the Hawks look to close the gap in the standings.

The Hawks have not won a regular season game against the Wild since January 11, 2015, but will look to reverse that tonight as they continue their six game road trip.

The Wild head into Wednesday night’s game on the second half of a back-to-back after earning a 4-2 victory over the Winnipeg Jets Tuesday night. Minnesota’s win over the Jets extends their point in the Central Division as they sit with 75 points compared to Chicago’s 69.

This is just the second meeting of the season for the Blackhawks and Wild, with Minnesota earning a 3-2 win when the two teams last met in January.

Corey Crawford will start in net for the Hawks Wednesday night. In his 35 games this season, Crawford holds a 20-12-3 record with a 2.58 goals-against average and .917 save percentage.

With Devan Dubnyk starting for the Wild Tuesday night against the Jets, Darcy Kuemper will start in the crease for Minnesota. Kuemper has played in just 11 games this season for the Wild this season to hold a 6-3-2 record, 3.16 goals-against average and .907 save percentage.
