The Chicago Blackhawks will drop the puck on its 2017-18 preseason Sept. 19 against the Columbus Blue Jackets.

The Pittsburgh Penguins are one win away from repeating as Stanley Cup champions after a 6-0 drubbing of the Nashville Predators in Game 5 on Thursday in Pittsburgh. The Penguins hold a 3-2 series lead. Game 6 is Sunday in Nashville.
