Chicago Blackhawks starting goaltender Corey Crawford could miss the rest of the season with vertigo-like symptoms, according to a report from Mark Lazerus of the Chicago Sun-Times.

Crawford, 33, was placed on injured reserve Dec. 27 with what the team called an upper-body injury. Chicago is currently on on its bye week.
