Morning Bag Skate: New events dot NHL skills competition

Our daily look at Blackhawks news and the happenings around the hockey world.

The NHL All-Star weekend will see two new events in the skills competition Saturday. The new events focus on passing and goaltending.

Patrick Kane is the lone representative for the Chicago Blackhawks at this year’s All-Star festivities.

We’ll have previews and game threads for the skills competition and the All-Star game tournament this weekend.
