The Chicago Blackhawks look for back-to-back wins when they host the New York Rangers on Thursday night at the United Center.

Matthew Highmore had three points and Victor Ejdsell potted two goals to lead the IceHogs to a 5-2 win over San Antonio on Wednesday in Rockford.

Elsewhere in Chicago sports Wednesday, Zach LaVine made two free throws with .5 seconds left to give the Bulls their first win of the season, 112-110 over the Hornets at the United Center.
