NHL: Chicago Blackhawks at St. Louis Blues Jeff Curry-USA TODAY Sports

The Chicago Blackhawks play the first game of a back-to-back Saturday when they visit rival St. Louis.

Matthew Highmore scored the lone goal for the Rockford IceHogs in a 4-1 loss to the Cleveland Monsters. Finnish goaltender Kevin Lankinen stopped 18 of 21 shots in his North American debut.

Chicago prospect Adam Boqvist tallied his first points of the OHL season with two assists for London in a 4-1 win over Owen Sound. The first-round pick also had three shots on goal and has 20 on the season. Philipp Kurashev scored a goal and was 11 of 22 on faceoffs for Quebec in a 3-2 OT loss to Val-d’Or in the QMJHL.

Wouter Peeters stopped 23 of 29 shots for Lincoln in a 6-5 overtime loss to Omaha in the USHL. He’s 1-1-1 with a 4.02 GAA and .854 save percentage this season. Josiah Slavin had seven shots against Omaha. He has three assists and 10 shots through three games.
