NHL: Pittsburgh Penguins at Chicago Blackhawks David Banks-USA TODAY Sports

The Blackhawks snapped their eight-game losing streak with a 6-3 win over the Penguins on Wednesday at the United Center. Chicago plays the second game of its four-game homestand Friday against the Jets.

Elsewhere in Chicago sports, the Bulls tip off against the Magic on Thursday in Mexico City.
