The Blackhawks allowed the first goal for the ninth consecutive game in its sixth straight loss with a 4-3 setback against the Golden Knights on Thursday in Las Vegas. Chicago is off until Sunday, when it hosts the Canadiens.

The IceHogs host the Grand Rapids Griffins on Friday in Rockford. The Steel take their eight-game win streak west to visit the Des Moines Buccaneers.

Elsewhere in Chicago sports, the Bulls host the Thunder at the United Center.
