Morning Bag Skate: Qualifying offer deadline for NHL restricted free agents

The Chicago Blackhawks have until 4 p.m. to extend qualifying offers to their three restricted free agents — forwards Anthony Duclair and Tomas Jurco and defenseman Adam Clendening — to retain their rights or they’ll become unrestricted free agents.
