The Blackhawks are off Saturday before visiting the Penguins on Sunday at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh.

Kaapo Kahkonen posted a 26-save shutout in Iowa’s 3-0 win over the IceHogs on Friday in Des Moines, Iowa. Rockford’s Jordan Schroeder recorded a team-high eight shots and Anton Forsberg made 30 stops.

Elsewhere in Chicago sports, Victor Oladipo hit a 3-pointer with 0.3 seconds left in overtime to hand the Bulls a 119-116 loss Friday at the United Center.
